Intellisell is a suite of software that improves the Sales Order Process for Sage ERP users, maximising each sales order capture opportunity by:
- Providing accurate price, discount and stock information
- Prompting for up-selling, cross-selling and promotions
- Offering users a choice of ways to build the order lines through product pads and powerful product key-word searches
- Offering users the ability to import orders electronically from their own systems.
It can also extend sales order capture to mobile and office end users alike.
Intellisell offers:
- Full product detail display includes descriptions (from Sage or external source), pricing, stock availability, images and attachments
- Discount structure - follows discount options in Sage Line 200/500/1000
- Multiple image display per product. A powerful Content Management System (CMS) allows you to customise and easily update product information, including downloads, images and multimedia associated with a product
- Order templates - your customers can save an order template, then log into their account and place that order, modifying it as needed
- Bundles - Intellisell supports product bundles in your ERP system and automatically displays them on your website, simplifying your customers ordering
- Supports online payments Intellisell will automatically post cash journals into the ERP system as well as the actual order details
- Automatic ERP order import - automatically passes the order from Intellisell into Sage. Standard offering creates backorders within Sage
